Label Edges & Text
After adding dimensions to the drawing, adding text and edge labels communicates what is happening in the drawing to users fabricating the job.
Add Text to Drawings
- Click Label > Text
- Click Text and enter the text to add to the drawing > OK
- Click the star icon to add it as a favorite if this is text that will be used commonly.
- Click anywhere on the drawing canvas to add the text.
Add Edge Labels to Drawings
- Click View > Counter Edge Labels
- Click View > Splash Edge Labels
