Labels & Dimensions
Adding dimensions to drawings will help in multiple phases of the process including fabrication, quality control, and installation.
Add Edge Dimensions
- Click Label > Edge
- Adjust Mode settings as needed.
- Click the edge to insert a dimensions.
Add Point-to-Point Dimensions
- Click Label > Points
- Adjust Mode settings as needed.
- Click the first snap point to start the dimension.
- Click the second snap point to end the dimension.
Add Parallel Dimensions
- Click Label > Parallel
- Adjust Mode settings as needed.
- Click the first edge to start the dimension.
- Click the second edge to end the dimension.
- Click the dimension to keep.
- Three dimensions will be displayed. These will indicate the starting points, mid points, and end points of the two edges.
- If the edges are parallel, click any dimension. If the edges are not parallel, click
